Team-building activities to celebrate the 90th anniversary of establishment of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union

On the morning of March 25th, 2021 at the headquarters of Vinacomin Industry Investment Consulting Joint Stock Company, the Executive Committee of the Youth Union of Vinacomin Industry Investment Consulting Joint Stock Company and the Executive Committee of the Youth Union of Vinacomin-Institute of Energy and Mining Mechanical Engineering organized the Team Building program to celebrate the 90th anniversary of the establishment of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (March 26th 1931 - March 26th, 2021).

   The program was attended by leaders of the two units and nearly 100 members of those two units.  The Team Building 2021 program is not merely physical movement games, but also an opportunity for members of the two units to meet, contact and understand each other, thereby raising the spirit of collective solidarity and creativity and bringing about cheery laughter to the members. Three teams were set up; each team had 15 members with lovely names, Thang Long Fire Dragon Team, Red Team, Blue Shirt Team. The spirit of determination to fight for winning the victory was shown very strongly by the teams. Although the weather was not favorable, sometimes with drizzling rain, the spirit of participation in the games was always at the highest level. The final results were that the Thang Long Fire Dragon Team won the first prize, the Red Team won the second prize and the Blue Shirt Team won the third prize.

All employees participated enthusiastically and actively in the outdoor games requiring team spirit and solidarity. The smiles on their lips dispelled daily hard-working moments. Refreshing laughter made the members of the two units much closer to each other.

Finally, we cannot but mention the members of the organization board, the Executive Board of the Youth Union of Vinacomin Industry Investment Consulting Joint Stock Company, made their best efforts to prepare and assist in the program so that it could take place smoothly. The Team Building 2021 program concluded successfully.
