CONFERENCE TO STUDY, GRASP THOROUGHLY AND IMPLEMENT THE RESOLUTION ADOPTED BY THE THIRD CONGRESS OF THE PARTY COMMITTEE OF THE CENTRAL BUSINESS BLOC, 2020 - 2025 TERM

On the morning of January 15th, 2021, the Party Committee of Vinacomin Industry Investment Consulting Joint Stock Company (VIMCC) held a conference on studying, grasping and implementing the Resolution adopted by the 3rd Congress of the Party Committee of the Central Business Bloc, 2020 – 2025 term.

Conference’s overview

The meeting was attended by the senior officials of the Party Committee of Vinacomin, including Mr. Khuat Manh Thang – Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Mr. Nguyen Minh Thieu – Deputy Head of the General Propaganda and Communication Department Committee under the Party Committee of Vinacomin, Mr. Nguyen Van Hai – Official of the Party Committee Office and Member of the Members’ Council. As for the VIMCC Party Committee side, there were Mr. Le Van Duan - Party Committee Secretary cum Director of the Company, members of the Executive Committee of Party Cells and Party Committee of the Company, Head of the Supervisory Board of the Company, Chairpersons and Vice Chairpersons of the Trade Union, Secretary and Deputy Secretary of the Youth Union, Deputy Heads of Departments, Boards of Directors of the subsidiaries, Heads of Trade Union Teams of Divisions and Party members who successfully completed the tasks in 2020.

At the Conference, Mr. Nguyen Minh Thieu - Deputy Head of the General Propaganda and Communication Department Committee informed quickly of the results of the 3^rd Congress of the Party Committee of the Central Business Bloc, 2020 – 2025 term and some conclusions and directions of the Central Committee in the field of propaganda and training according to Official Letter No. 54-CV/DUK by the Party Committee of the Central Business Bloc and Plan No. 195-KH/DU dated December 15^th, 2020 by the VIMCC Party Committee.

The documents of the Congress of the Party Committee were prepared carefully and scientifically, and an intellectual crystallization of the entire Party Committee. During the past term, the Party Committee achieved many positive results and imprints regarding the role of timely leadership and direction and lessons learned after settlement as follows:

Being aware of and strictly complying with the principles and requirements for the Party’s comprehensive leadership and direction in the state enterprises; Party committees at all levels have to regularly attach importance to the Party building work and clearly show the direction and leadership of the implementation of the unit’s political tasks; clearly defining roles, positions, functions, duties and relationships between Party committees and professional divisions (Standing Committee, Executive Committee, Board of Members, Executive Board) and socio-political organizations (Trade Union, Youth Union) to bring into full play the general strength and successfully fulfill the political assignments;   

Maintaining the principle of democratic centralization, promoting collective intelligence, heightening the individual roles and responsibilities, especially those of the heads; being public, transparent, fair and objective, thereby creating solidarity, consensus, unity and determination in directing business operations and handling work, which is an important foundation to overcome difficulties and challenges and complete all assignments;

The human factor plays a fundamental role and decides the stable, safe and sustainable development of Vinacomin. It is required to improve the quality of human resources associated with political and ideological education, cultivate morality, promote the pioneering role, be exemplary role and set good examples of the heads and Party member cadres;

In directing the implementation of political tasks, it is necessary to harmonize interests, short-term goals with long-term strategic problems to avoid term thoughts;

The inspection and monitoring activities play a very important role in the Party building work as well as professional activities. These activities should be executed comprehensively and synchronously from the Vinacomin Party Committee to the grassroots-level party organizations and throughout the system.

After the conference, the Party Cells and party members of the Company continued to study and discuss the Resolution; study, disseminate and grasp thoroughly the basic and key contents of the Resolution in accordance with the conditions of the party cells; concretize the program and supplementing the task of implementing the Resolution of the Bloc Party Committee in accordance with the situation of the unit; and make individual summary papers associated with the position and task as directed by the Company’s Party Committee.  

With the “Solidarity, Democracy, Responsibility, Principle and Creativity” spirit, all cadres, party members, officials, public servants and employees of the whole Party Committee were called upon to further bring into full play the solidarity tradition to overcome difficulties together, heighten the spirit of responsibility, be active, creative and determined to fulfill the goals and tasks adopted by the Resolution of the eighth Congress, contributing to implement successfully the Resolution adopted  by the eleventh Congress of the Provincial Party Committee and Resolution adopted by the thirteenth Congress of the Party.
