A HAPPY SUMMER DAY

In response to the action program of Women Union in the 2nd quarter of 2013 which is developing the action month for children’s happiness and organizing activities welcoming the Children’s Day (June 1, 2013),

In response to the action program of Women Union in the 2^nd quarter of 2013 which is developing the action month for children’s happiness and organizing activities welcoming the Children’s Day (June 1, 2013), the Labor Union, Women Union and Youth Union of VIMCC organized the program “A Happy Summer Day” and  gave June 1^st presents to children of the company’s staff.

Early from 8am of May 31, 2013, the company’s yard was full of laughter and cheers of more than 140 children who were sons and daughters of the company’s staff. Their mothers joyfully shared children-raising experiences with each other. After one year far from each other, the children had an opportunity to go to their parents’ company to take part in the useful and interesting program “A Happy Summer Day”. In the morning, the members of the organization committee brought them to go to the Lotte Cinema of Ha Dong district to watch “Epic” cartoon and have lunch. In the afternoon, they took part in the exchanges and game show organized by the VIMCC Youth Union. Many special items such as singing, dancing, poetry reading, etc…were shown by little actors and actresses confidently and attractively. The game show attracted the enthusiastic participation of children with nonstop cheering  at the company’s meeting hall all afternoon.

After 9 months of hard studying, “A happy summer day” really brought joy and solidarity to the children and oriented them to useful summer activities.  It is hoped that the annual program “A Happy Summer Day” of the company will be sweet memories in their childhood.
