1. All for the goals of "Innovation - Profession – Efficiency”

On December 29, 2016 Vinacomin Industry Investment Consulting Joint Stock Company (VIMCC) held the 2016 summation conference of production and business activities and the 2017 laborers’ conference. The conference was attended by Mr. Le Minh Chuan – Chairman of the Member Board of Vietnam National Coal – Mineral Industries Holding Corporation Limited, Representatives specialization Departments of Vinacomin, VIMCC’sleaders, delegates and the outstanding individuals of the production emulation movement of the Company.

The report of the 2016 business production results and the Resolution implementation of the laborers’ conference presented by Director Do Hong Nguyen at the Conference. The report showed clearly: In 2016 with the general difficult conditions of the whole coal industry, Vinacomin Industry Investment Consulting Joint Stock Company tried to fulfill  the 2016 planed targets and the Resolution of the laborers’ conference. VIMCC took the initiative in construction and implementation of suitable options, following the Vinacomin’s plan and actual situation to complete the business production plan; The company had many innovative solutions gaining the high efficiencyin direction and management. The company’s planned targetswere completed with the high results.Turnover reached 373.0 billion VND, equal to 112.8% against 2015, equal to 132.8% of the business coordination plan and 110.8% of the management plan in 2016; The production value gained 148.64 billion VND, equal to 126.1%  against 2015,equal to104.9% of the business coordination plan and 97.7% of the management plan in 2016; The profit gained 7.1 billion VND, equal to 101% against 2015,equal to 118.5% of the business coordination plan and 101.7 % of the management plan in 2016; The average salary gained 11.053 million VND/person per month,equal to 93.1% against 2015, equal to 102.6% of the business coordination plan and 100.5% of the management plan in 2016.

Parallel with production activities, the company’s cultural and sport activities wereebullient. The company organized and participated in many competitions with high results: Third individual prize of the contest "Learningthe 80^thtradition year of the Mine regional workers - Coal industry’s tradition"; Third prize for the team of the movement group at Vinacomin’spublic art festival 2016 with two gold medals and 03 silver medals; The promotion of emulation movements, cultural and artand sport activities and the social life created a cheerful and excitedatmosphere to employees, respected and encouraged the laborstimely and created the motivation to promote thebusiness production activities.

Speaking at the conference, Mr. Le Minh Chuan – Vinacomin’s Chairman of the Member Board recognized and praised VIMCC’s results and achievements in 2016, He said, VIMCC is one of the units those completed the planned targets, contribute an important part to the Vinacomin’s plan implementation. Mr. Le Minh Chuan emphasized, VIMCC is an unit that has the important role in the coal export, consumption and production line, VIMCC should coordinate closely with coal mining unites, implement  effectively the work of Consulting – Design, ensure the work’s quality, effectiveness and time to meet all requirements of the customers; Manage and promote the efficiency of investment projects for production development; Continue to improve and raise the level of ability and experience of the design team to raise the quality of the Design consulting projects; Save costs, improve the productivity, efficiency and competitiveness of the consulting product ensuring the sustainable development; Acceleratethe implementation progress of forward  projects from 2016.

The conference’s participants agreed to elect members as the representatives of employees to take part in 2017 periodical dialogues, delegates as the representatives of employees to take part inVinacomin’s laborerconference and made the vote of confidence for managementleaders with the result of the great majority of leaders attainingthe high confidence.

In addition, the company awarded certificates of merit to the groups and individuals who had many excellent achievements in 2016 and launched the emulation movement in 2017.

With the determination to successfully implement the goals: "Innovation - Profession - Efficiency" and the task of business production in 2017, The conference’s participants agreed to pass the plan targets: Turnover: 287.26 billion VND, production value: 135.14 billion VND, profit: 6 billion VND, averageincome: 11.06 million VND/person/month. It is believed that VIMCC with the tradition of one heroic unit and the tradition "Discipline and unanimity" of the miners, will be determined to mobilize the internal resources and creative work to complete all assigned plan targets of the business production contributing to construction of Vinacomin’s stable and sustainable development.
