Contract signing ceremony between Tan Phu Xuan Joint Stock Company and Vinacomin Industry Investment Consulting Joint Stock Company

On June 30th, 2014, the contract signing ceremony for making the construction drawing design and cost estimate for the crushing station and belt conveyor system to transport waste rock to Bang Nau dump (first phase) was taken place between the consortium of Tan Phu Xuan Joint stock Company and Vinacomin Industry Investment Consulting Joint Stock Company at the head office of Tan Phu Xuan Joint Stock Company addressed at Group II- Phu Thu town- Kinh Mon district- Hai Duong province.

The signing ceremony was attended by the representatives of side A- Tan Phu Xuan Joint Stock Company who were Mr. Bui Duc Thuan-Director, Mr. Trinh Van Luc-Vice Director, Mr. Pham Van Luc-Vice Director, Mr. Bui Duc Thiem-Assistant to Chairman of Management Board and side B-Vinacomin Industry Investment Consulting Joint Stock Company who were  Mr. Do Hong Nguyen- Chairman of Management Board and Director of VIMCC, Mr. Le Viet Phuong- Vice Director and concerned managers and deputy managers of departments of the company.

This is the contract under the project for improving and enlarging Cao Son opencast mine of Vinacomin Cao Son Coal Joint Stock Company between Tan Phu Xuan Joint stock Company and Vinacomin Industry Investment Consulting Jjoint Stock Company. This contract signing marked an important advance in cooperation relationships between Vinacomin Industry Investment Consulting Joint Stock Company and Tan Phu Xuan Joint stock Company. In addition, this event opened a development cooperation direction with clients out of the coal industry to improve competition ability and create a market initiative to make a good preparation for sustainable development of the company in the next years.
