Grassroot-level meeting about 60 planning adjustment research project.

On March 17, 2015, Vinacomin Industry Investment Consulting Joint Stock Company – Vinacomin organized the acceptance of 60 planning adjustment research project of 2015.

              
Attending the meeting was Mr. Do Hong Nguyen - Director of VIMCC, Mr. Le Van Duan – Vice Director of VIMCC, Nguyen Viet Cuong - Vice Director of VIMCC, along with members of the Scientific Council, Project Board as well as managers and deputy managers of departments.

The coal industry development planning was built on the bases of mining, processing, using economically coal resources of the country, contributing actively and effectively to ensuring national energy security and meeting coal demands socio-economic development of the country. The planning for development of the coal industry of Vietnam by 2020 with consideration of prospects up to 2030 was approved by The Prime Minister according to the Decision No. 60 / QD-TTg dated January 9th, 2012. After three years of implementation, the contents of the planning has been implemented in the right directions, but there are some issues that need to be updated and adjusted. Therefore, this project "Research and proposal of adjusting the Vietnam’s coal industry development planning has been worked out to improve the quality and efficiency of State management for planning.

Evaluating the research results, the members of the Council said that the project proposed logical approaches, the research contents met the objectives and scope of the research. The Council highly appreciated the spirit and research progress of the research teams, the Council unanimously accepted the contents. At the same time, the Council hoped that research teams would promote the working spirit to complete this project soon.
