VIMCC held the 2014 summation conference
On February 5, 2015, Vinacomin Industry Investment Consulting Joint Stock Company (VIMCC) held the 2014 summation conference.
The conference was attended by Deputy General Director of Vietnam National Coal – Mineral Industries Holding Corporation Limited Vu Manh Hung, VIMCC Board Chairman cum Director Do Hong Nguyen, leaders of enterprises and subsidiary companies together with staff of VIMCC.
The VIMCC’s business production results gained in 2014 are as follows: Value paid to the State budget: 21,303 million VND, equal to 70% of the implementation value of 2013; turnover: 280.47 billion VND, equal to 95.9% against 2013; production value: 146.88 billion VND, equal to 92.8% against 2013; profit: 8.2 billion VND.
Conference’s overview
According to the actual business production situation, the company makes up a specific plan for 2015 as follows: Business production value: 137.02 billion VND, an increase of 104.3% against 2014 and total turnover: 269.52 billion VND, an increase of 104.3% against 2014. In 2015, VIMCC continues to concentrate on the work of preparing documents of acceptance, payment, settlement, capital withdrawal, debt withdrawal, etc, control strictly and promote the saving of business production expenses. In addition, VIMCC will concentrate on carrying business production tasks of some key projects to welcome the 50th anniversary of Vinacomin Industry Investment Consulting Joint Stock Company.
Apart from the business production report, the reports on the activities of Party, Trade Union and Youth Union as well as reports on the use of welfare fund, award fund in 2014 and the 2015 plan of these activities were also presented at the conference.
Board Chairman cum Director Do Hong Nguyen addressed the conference
During the discussion and reply to proposals of staffs, the Presidium of the conference received many proposals relating to wages, leave policy, social insurance and problems of managing boards and branches in the work of personnel arrangement and recruitment. In the position of managing leaders, the Presidium of the conference replied to the staff’s questions satisfactorily and specifically on behalf of the Executive Board of the company. For the questions unable to be answered at the conference, the Presidium promised to consider and make replies to them in writing after the conference ended. The conference’s participants agreed to elect 10 members as the representatives of employees to take part in periodical dialogues.
In addition, the company awarded certificates of merit to the groups and individuals who had many excellent achievements in 2014.

Speaking at the conference, Mr. Vu Manh Hung stressed that the results achieved in 2014 were of great significance. However, he also emphasized some problems to be solved so that the company would get higher business production results in 2015.Các tin khác:
