VIMCC Management Board’s meeting

On the afternoon of July 6, 2015, the Management Board of Vinacomin Industry Investment Consulting Joint Stock Company (VIMCC) organized a meeting on the personnel work of the Management Board and carried out some work contents of the company.

According to the decision No. 1269/QD-TKV issued by the Vinacomin Board of Members on June 30, 2015 with regard to changing the representative of managing the capital part of Vinacomin and Vinacomin’s representative taking part in the Management Board of VIMCC, Mr. Nguyen Trong Hung – Board Leader and Member of the Capital Management Board of Vinacomin acts as a representative of managing the capital part of Vinacomin and a Vinacomin’s representative taking part in the Management Board of VIMCC; Mr. Do Hong Nguyen – VIMCC Director continues to take part in the Management Board of VIMCC; Mr. Duong Phi Hung – Leader of the Resource Board discontinues to act as a Vincomin’s representative and take part in the Management Board of Vinacomin.

According to the above decision and VIMCC’s Charter, the VIMCC’s Board of Management elected Mr. Nguyen Trong Hung to take part in the Board of Management and act as Chairman of the Board of Management. The Board of Management also divided tasks of members of the Board of Management, discussed some important duties of the company and handed the work of the Board Chairman from Mr. Do Hong Nguyen over to Mr. Nguyen Trong Hung. To sum up, the Board of Management of VIMCC includes Mr. Nguyen Trong Hung, Mr. Do Hong Nguyen and Mr. Le Van Duan from July 6, 2015.
