VIMCC works with Vinacomin’s Board of Members

Following the telegraphic letter No. 184/CD-TKV, the Executive Board of Vinacomin Industry Investment Consulting Joint Stock Company (VIMCC) had a working session with the Board of Members of Vietnam National Coal-Mineral Industries Holding Corporation Limited (Vinacomin) on the morning of March 18, 2015.

                   
The working session was attended by Mr. Vu Thanh Lam – Member of the Board of Vinacomin, Mr. Nguyen Van Sy – Secretary of the Board of Vinacomin, Mr. Kieu Kim Truc – Deputy Manager of the Department of Sciences, Information Technology and Development Strategies of Vinacomin. As for VIMCC, Director Do Hong Nguyen, Deputy Director Le Van Duan, Deputy Director Nguyen Viet Cuong together with managers and deputy managers of related departments and divisions were present at the working session.

Director Do Hong Nguyen, on behalf of VIMCC, made a brief report on the results of executing tasks in 2014, plan of implementing tasks in 2015 as well as situation of implementing investment projects and resolutions of the Board of Members of Vinacomin.

Having listened to the report, explanation and recommendation of VIMCC, Mr. Vu Thanh Lam put forward instructions to the company’s business and production activities, like concentration on main business fields, organizational mechanism as well as completion of capital-financial criteria.

Mr. Nguyen received the instructions of the Board Member and expressed his desire that Vinacomin would create more favorable conditions for VIMCC for common purposes as well as provide further support to VIMCC in order to improve the design and consulting capability of VIMCC.
