Conference to adopt conclusions of auditing business and production activities 2014

On the afternoon of March 16, 2015, the Executive Board of Vinacomin Industry Investment Consulting Joint Stock Company (VIMCC) had a working session with the Accounting Department of Vietnam National Coal-Mineral Industries Holding Corporation Limited (Vinacomin) and DBO associated with auditing the financial statement 2014.

                  
As for Vinacomin side, the conference was attended by Mr. Pham Xuan Phong – Manager of Accounting Department, Mr. Le Quang Dung – Chief Accountant, Mr. Tran The Thanh – Manager of Control Board. As for VIMCC, the conference was attended by Mr. Do Hong Nguyen – Director of VIMCC, Mr. Le Duc Tuan – Chief Accountant together with deputy managers and managers of related departments and divisions. As for BDO, Ms. Nguyen Hong Lien, Deputy General Director, Ms. Nguyen Thi Truc Giang – Audit Manager and Ms. Pham Thi Tu – Auditor attended the conference.

At the conference, Ms. Nguyen Hong Lien, on behalf of BDO, reported briefly the conclusions of auditing VIMCC’s business and production activities 2014. BDO pointed out the shortcomings in the organization of accounting business and production activities; situation of following the accounting law; accounting standards and regulations in force to help VIMCC promptly deal with shortcomings so that VIMCC can organize business and production accounting activities of the whole company in accordance with the regulations and law. BDO also offered the method of managing and using sources efficiently.

                  

Speaking at the conference, the Vinacomin Accounting Department highly appreciated the efforts of the internal accounting division of VIMCC and Accounting-Financing Department as well as a close coordination of BDO with VIMCC. At the same time, the Vinacomin Accounting Department also pointed out the shortcomings to be overcome and way of developing the task of auditing the financial statement 2015 more efficiently.

Director Do Hong Nguyen, expressed his thanks for instructions of the Accounting Department on behalf of VIMCC. The company would continue to carry out addition and comparison to perfect the financial statement 2014. He also hoped that in the coming time, the company would receive more support from the departments of Vinacomin in particular and Vinacomin in general for further development of the company.
