Periodical dialog conference: Building the Regulations on management of cost payment at a fixed rate and distribution of earnings and income in the company in 2014
On the morning of August 2nd, 2014, the Director and Trade Union Chairman of Vinacomin Industry Investment Consulting Joint Stock Company (VIMCC) jointly organized the periodical dialog conference “Building the Regulations on management of cost payment at a fixed rate and distribution of earnings and income in the company in 2014”.
The conference
was attended by the representatives of employees of the company, including managers
and deputy managers of departments, project/theme managers and chairpersons of
trade union branches of the company. The employer’s representatives were Mr. Do
Hong Nguyen-Director of VIMCC, Mr. Le Van Duan and Mr. Le Viet Phuong- Deputy
Directors of VIMCC. The meeting was hosted by Director Do Hong Nguyen and Trade
Union Chairman Nguyen Chi Bao.
At the conference, Ms. Tran Thi Huong – Manager of Labor Organization Department presented the draft Regulations on management of cost payment at a fixed rate and distribution of earnings and income in the company in 2014 and raised shortcomings to be corrected and differences between the draft regulations and the current regulations.
During the discussion, many staffs of the company put forward their practical and straight ideas about shortcomings and proposals of building the Regulations on management of cost payment at a fixed rate and distribution of earnings and income in the company in 2014
Concluding the
conference, Mr. Do Hong Nguyen highly appreciated the sense of responsibility
and constructive ideas of staffs of the company and would, on behalf of the
Executive Directorate, receive such ideas to build the fairest and most
scientific regulations on management of cost payment at a fixed rate and
distribution of earnings and income.
The conference on building the regulations on management of cost payment at a fixed rate and distribution of earnings and income in the company is a periodic dialog activity between employees and the employer and an urgent action to respond to changes of objective factors at every specific time in order to obtain income and distribution justice as well as determine expenses in the company’s business and production activities.
Based on the
suggestions of participants of the conference, the company would collect and
supplement them and promulgate the Regulations on management of cost payment at
a fixed rate and distribution of earnings and income. The conference was ended
successfully in a highly-constructive, straight and open-minded
atmosphere.
